Your journey begins with an early morning departure from Marrakech. Crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, we continue through Ouarzazate and the beautiful Draa Valley, famous for its endless palm groves, ancient kasbahs, and traditional Amazigh villages.
Upon arrival in Zaouit Sidi Saleh, you’ll meet your camel caravan and trekking team before taking a short walk into the desert to reach your first camp, nestled among the dunes.

Your desert adventure truly begins today. Walking alongside your camels, you’ll cross golden sand dunes, wide rocky plains, and peaceful desert landscapes as you make your way to Tidri, before continuing to the beautiful dunes of Erg Sahel.
In the evening, relax around the campfire beneath one of the clearest star-filled skies in Morocco.

Continue deeper into the desert, following ancient nomadic trails through an ever-changing landscape of rolling dunes and rocky plateaus. Walking at the gentle pace of the camels allows you to fully appreciate the silence and vastness of the Sahara.
Tonight, camp in the peaceful surroundings of Erg Abi.

On your final day of trekking, you’ll cross the last dunes before reaching the village of Bounou, on the edge of the desert. Here, you’ll discover traditional earthen architecture and experience the warm hospitality of the local community.
Spend your final night in a traditional fixed camp, enjoying one last evening in the Sahara.

After breakfast, we leave the desert behind and begin our journey back to Marrakech. The drive follows the lush Draa Valley, passing through Ouarzazate before crossing the High Atlas Mountains once again via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass.
Arrival in Marrakech is expected in the late afternoon.
